So, a topical 30-year-old punk rock song is relevant again.  Who'd have thunk it?  Of course, Jerry Brown isn't quite the same hippie-fied "Gov. Moonbeam" that he was in the '70s.  For one thing, he has a lot less hair now, and he isn't dating Linda Rondstadt (so far as I know).  And yes, this portrait of Brown is the official one that hangs in the California state capital.  I've seen it!
